The entertainment media has often referred to Cher as the Goddess of Pop. Rightfully so, her outlandish stage costumes combined with her unique deep contralto singing voice fit the description. She rose to fame back in the early ’60s and would form an iconic duo with Sonny Bono, and together they would break through to mainstream pop culture. Today, Cher is 75 years old and continues to be a relevant public figure. She is a known philanthropist, having investments in the charity Habitat for Humanity, and has also helped out in Michigan during the COVID pandemic.

Though Cher is not currently married, she has two children – Elijah Allman and Chaz Bono. She has been married twice and her first, with Sonny Bono, probably was the most publicized. After all, they were both pop stars of the ‘60s. They were sought after by tons of media outlets and were even gifted a couple of 1966 Mustangs by Ford in hopes of boosting their sales for the then-newly released sports car.
