The actor revealed they were already friends at the time and went on a double date, where Lively was with another guy while he was with another girl. As they seemed more interested in each other, the actor found that scene the “most awkward date” ever as they appeared to be like fireworks coming across the table.

After that one fateful night, rumors about their romance started to emerge. The two did not hide their feelings for each other and made it publicly official. They went here and there and even filled up the gas tank to go to Reynolds’ hometown of Vancouver to spend Christmas there in 2011. They got married in 2012 and now have three kids.
