Rachael Ray | $100 Million
A journey has to start somewhere. Well, for Rachael Ray, it’s safe to say she got her passion for culinary arts from her parents. Her mother managed several restaurants around the Capital District of New York. For one of Rachael’s now-famous shows, 30 Minute Meals, she got the idea when she started working at a gourmet market. Many of the people she met were afraid to give cooking a shot, so she taught them various recipes they could make in just 30 minutes, more or less.
Besides 30 Minute Meals, Rachael has also worked on shows such as Rachael Ray, $40 a Day, and Rachael Ray’s Kids Cook-Off. Along the way, she also made a couple of cookbooks and made investments in non-culinary endeavors, which includes the coverlets, sheets, and blankets she designed back in 2007. Well, thanks to all these projects and ventures, it’s no surprise she now has a net worth of $100 million.
